I only gave a 4 star because I didn’t get approved for the vehicle I truly wanted. Manager Dayshawn helped me throughout the whole process. I give him 5 stars. We did 99% of everything over the phone.. I picked up a 2021 Malibu the next day and only spent like 15 minutes inside the dealership. Down payment wasn’t a lot and they allowed a pick up payment at that.
